How to order your custom cap
1. Choose your canvas print color from the listing photos.
2. Add your thread color, font choice, and any other information in the personalization box.
3. FOR BRANDS OR SIMPLE LOGOS ONLY: Upload a photo or file of your brand/logo.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are wanting a logo on the hat, there may be an additional digitizing charge. Please email us if you have any questions!

Within a few business days of receiving your order we will send you a digital mock-up of your cap for your approval. We want to make sure every detail is perfect before we begin production!

Care instructions
To keep your cap in the best condition, we recommend hand-washing and air-drying. Avoid machine washing to preserve the quality of the 3D puff embroidery.

🧵 Important Information Regarding Digital Mock-ups

Mock-up Timeline: You will receive a digital mock-up showing your embroidery design on the hat within a few business days of placing your order.

Color Variations: Thread and hat colors may vary slightly in person compared to what you see on your digital screen.

Design Size: The final size of the embroidered design may vary slightly from the digital preview.

72-Hour Approval Policy: Please review and approve your mock-up promptly. If we do not receive a response within 72 business hours of sending the mock-up, your hat will be stitched and shipped using the exact design shown in the preview.
