- Include your preferences: Tell us your embroidery thread color and preferred font, if applicable, and select your embroidery style.
- Review your mock-up: Look for your digital design preview within a few business days of placing your order.
Sizing & fit
Each hat has an adjustable closure to grow with your child. Choose from these age-based size options:
- Infant, 0–12 months: Velcro closure.
- Toddler, 12–24 months: Classic snapback closure.
- Kids, 2–9 years: Classic snapback closure.
Production & your design preview
Current production time is typically 5–7 business days, but may vary. Please message us with questions about the most current production estimate. Your hat is packaged with care to help it arrive properly shaped.
You will receive a digital mock-up showing your embroidery design on the hat within a few business days of placing your order. Please review and approve your mock-up promptly.
72-Hour Approval Policy: If we do not receive a response within 72 business hours of sending the mock-up, your hat will be stitched and shipped using the exact design shown in the preview.
Thread and hat colors may vary slightly in person compared to your screen. The final size of the embroidered design may also vary slightly from the digital preview.

Gently spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry only to protect the embroidery.
